Our podcast was set up with the intention of helping others gain a better understanding of the real estate industry and both of ourselves in a real conversation. We have made it our goal to provide insightful information to consumers through our own 20 years of combined experience as well as having key industry leaders and market experts joining us along the way. We want to assist our listeners, clients, and consumers as they navigate their way through the unique world of real estate while being our own authentic selves. We do our best to dispense our information in a fun and easy-to-listen-to format, and won't be scripted. We might even stumble on some of our words, but our objective remains focused on bringing as much value to you as we can while sharing our real-life experiences in both business and life.
We aim to post bi-weekly episodes and will be doing our best to ensure we improve the level of content week by week, all while keeping our natural, unscripted conversation at the forefront of our podcast.

Then and Now, 34 Years of Selling Real Estate - with Paul Rayment
In this episode, Dylan and Scott sit down and talk with Paul Rayment, an agent with RE/MAX Jazz who has been in the industry for 34 years. Dylan and Scott's combined years of experience don't add up to 34 !!
We discuss the early days of Real Estate where tear sheets, hot sheets, carbon paper, and carbon copies were all the rage. We also get back to trying some good craft beers from local craft breweries, and share some stories about cold calling and working prior to what we know as the internet today.
