Bricks and Banter The Podcast

Our podcast was set up with the intention of helping others gain a better understanding of the real estate industry and both of ourselves in a real conversation. We have made it our goal to provide insightful information to consumers through our own 20 years of combined experience as well as having key industry leaders and market experts joining us along the way. We want to assist our listeners, clients, and consumers as they navigate their way through the unique world of real estate while being our own authentic selves. We do our best to dispense our information in a fun and easy-to-listen-to format, and won't be scripted. We might even stumble on some of our words, but our objective remains focused on bringing as much value to you as we can while sharing our real-life experiences in both business and life.

We aim to post bi-weekly episodes and will be doing our best to ensure we improve the level of content week by week, all while keeping our natural, unscripted conversation at the forefront of our podcast.

I'm a lifelong high-performing athlete who made the jump into the real estate business at the young age of 22 and haven't looked back 7 years later!
I focus my business on customer service and really try to make the experience of buying and selling real estate as enjoyable and as low-stress as possible for my clients, all while advising them to the best of my ability.

I'm excited to be able to share more of my personality on our podcast and hope to give listeners a bit of a view behind the curtain of the real estate business as we move from topic to topic, sharing our experiences.

I have been a professional sales representative for more than 20 years, and have devoted the past 14 years to developing my real estate practice and building partnerships with buyers and sellers in Durham Region. I work out of Durham Region’s premier brokerage, RE/MAX Jazz Inc. in Oshawa. I strive to make buying or selling a home as stress-free as possible. I listen to my clients and work with them to find the right solution to meet their needs. This approach results in a relationship that is built on honesty and trust, and is powered by my energy, enthusiasm and commitment.

I am passionate about helping people build a life in Durham Region because I think it’s a terrific place to live. My wife Denise and I have lived with our sons in Port Perry for the past seventeen years, and have thoroughly enjoyed becoming a part of this vibrant community.
